Stop scrolling.
Start sleeping.
An hour before bed, Bonnet turns your phone red, ugly and evil, so scrolling stops being fun. Then it locks the apps so you actually sleep.
No guilt. No pressure. Just a ritual that helps you stop.
How it works
A ritual to disconnect
Three short steps before the night starts. Record a message for your future self, in your own voice.
Red light fades you into sleep
At the hour you picked, the screen fades to red and a countdown runs down the rest of the night.
Pause before you scroll
The apps you chose stay shielded. To get back in, you say your phrase out loud — the one you recorded earlier.
